We have a private airport pick up and return service upon request, please kindly contact us.
We do not have an elevator and there is a narrow spiral staircase from the lobby. If stairs are a problem for you then our hotel is not a good choice.

We have porters to carry your bags.

Due to Turkish laws the entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is acceptable only in the garden or on the outside terrace.

We have 2 cats residing at the hotel. They are often outside but they also spend time in the lobby and bar/breakfast area, usually sleeping. If you are allergic to cats this may be a concern.

The call to prayer from mosques is heard 5 times a day all over the old city. Bringing ear plugs would be a good idea if you think the dawn call to prayer will disturb your sleep.
